It’s summertime! Let’s shoot a potato gun!

To demonstrate projectile motion, Dr. Buxton Johnson’s summer physics class shot a potato gun on campus last week. Their goal was to hit the college sign a couple hundred yards away from the front of the science center — they got pretty close! Check out these photos and see a few more on our Flickr account.
